World Languages Education
If you are a skilled speaker of French or Spanish and would like to teach others about the wonders of French or Spanish language and culture, consider our postbaccalaureate certificate in World Language Education (K-12). The program is intended for students who have already completed a bachelor's degree in French or Spanish (exceptions may be made for native speakers of French or Spanish) seeking a world languages (K-12) teacher certification in the State of Pennsylvania.
Requirements
Each certification requires a course sequence of study and clinical practicum experiences. Admission standards include:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Completed application for admission and official transcripts from all undergraduate institutions you’ve attended
Applicant must have graduated with an overall GPA of at least a 3.0 to qualify for this certificate program.
