Request a Transcript Form
Mercyhurst University’s partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSCH) provides students and alumni the opportunity to order official paper and electronic transcripts online. Three methods of delivery are available through the NSCH:
Official transcripts bear the Mercyhurst University seal and Registrar's signature. Each transcript (undergraduate and/or graduate) costs $10 per copy, with an additional fee for online processing.
Mercyhurst University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide some core services. Third parties such as employers, background screening firms, and other organizations may request enrollment and degree verification directly from the NSC by visiting their website and submitting a request. Contacting the Registrar’s Office will result in a referral to the NSC.
For Enrollment Verification service, please visit their website www.enrollmentverify.org or call 703-742-4200.
For Degree Verification service, please visit their website www.degreeverify.org or call 703-742-4200.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, sets forth the requirements regarding the privacy of student records.
