President's Cabinet

Mercyhurst University is led by an experienced group of academic and institutional professionals headed by President Kathleen Getz, Ph.D. The President’s Cabinet, composed of the university’s vice presidents, reflects a variety of voices with diverse backgrounds and administrative functions that provides counsel to the president and informs high-level decision-making affecting all aspects of the university.

Area vice presidents, representing Administration, Mission, Legal Affairs, Finance, Academic Affairs, Advancement, Student Life, and Enrollment, oversee departments appropriate to their assigned administrative area and are responsible for ensuring high standards of professionalism, communication, and best practices. As Mercyhurst moves strategically toward its centennial in 2026, the university is heavily focused on strong leadership, innovation, and commitment to mission as it moves to fortify institutional vitality, enhance the student experience, and support an organizational culture grounded in practices of inclusion and inquiry.
