Sample the flavors of the world, from Puerto Rico’s Pastelillos (Mini Meat and Cheese Pies) to South Korea’s Bulgogi (Marinated Sliced Steak) when you partake in the Spring Dining Series offered by students in the Statler Department of Hospitality Management at Mercyhurst University.

Department Chair Peter Zohos is extremely proud of his students, commending them for their creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an unforgettable culinary experience.

"Through the Spring Dining Series, our hospitality students showcase not only their culinary talent but also their passion for bringing diverse cultures to the table," said Zohos. "Their creativity, dedication, and ability to craft authentic dining experiences are truly inspiring."

Seatings begin at 5-5:30 p.m. in the Marriott Café, housed on the ground floor of the Center for Academic Engagement. Dinners range between $20 and $30.

Zohos also credited Chef Dennis Dunne for overseeing the students’ work in the kitchen and adjunct faculty Stephani Klassen for training the wait staff.
