Ms. Metzenbacher has more than 14 years of experience in respiratory therapy and has served in RT education for more than 10 years as both a clinical preceptor and now a professor. She continues to practice clinically in the local hospital acute care setting.

Ms. Metzenbacher teaches across the respiratory therapy curriculum at Mercyhurst University. Specifically, she enjoys teaching courses related to respiratory equipment and pathology. She enjoys creating and maintaining exceptional clinical experiences for the Respiratory Therapist program.
