Organizational Leadership Tuition Benefits
In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the first Organizational Leadership graduating class, Mercyhurst is offering the Organizational Leadership master’s program at a total cost of less than $10,000. Tuition is set at $999 per course, for a total of $9,990, with no additional fees. This discounted tuition—a savings of more than $15,000 — will be available to all Mercyhurst alumni beginning May 2020.
With a restructured flexible curriculum, and 100 percent online availability, this 10-course master’s program complements almost every academic and professional background. The OL program provides a theoretical and practical framework for professionals who currently hold leadership positions or are aspiring to leadership roles in organizations. Students in the program learn to synthesize contemporary scholarship with insight from Mercyhurst’s service-oriented heritage to articulate their own leadership philosophy and put leadership theories into practice in professional settings. Learn more about the program by visiting the Organizational Leadership Master's webpage.
An online three-course (9 credits) graduate certificate in OL is also available; the tuition discount also applies to the graduate certificate.
Special Graduate Tuition Rates
For most other Mercyhurst graduate programs, the special tuition rates are set at approximately 35 percent off regular tuition. For the following programs, the discount adjusts tuition for a three-credit course to $1,890 (down from the standard rate of $2,865):
- Applied Intelligence (online or on-campus master’s)
- Cyber Risk Management (online master’s)
- Cyber Security (online or on-campus master’s)

If you’re a current Mercyhurst undergraduate student taking graduate-level courses through a 4+1 program, you are eligible for alumni tuition pricing on graduate courses you take after graduating with your bachelor’s. As a reminder, one of the benefits of the 4+1 programs is any graduate course you take as an undergrad is included in your undergraduate flat rate bill (with the exception of any summer graduate coursework you choose to complete).
Students in 4+1 programs typically complete 3 to 15 graduate credits in their junior and/or senior years before staying for an additional year after graduation to complete their master’s program. Visit our 4+1 programs webpage for more details.
