Fall 2019 Dining Series
Hospitality management students at Mercyhurst University will kick off their popular Fall Dining Series on Friday, Sept. 13. Senior Victoria Noker, the general manager for the first event, has planned a menu that includes Maple and Apple Mixed Green Salad, Maple-Glazed Salmon with Parmesan Risotto, and Crème Brûlée.
The dining series will continue most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through late November in the J.W. and Alice Marriott Café in Mercyhurst’s Center for Academic Engagement. The price per meal is $13 (including tax) and guests will be seated between 5 and 5:30 p.m.
The Marriott Café is a state-of-the-art working classroom for the students who plan, cook and serve all meals.
