‘The Berlin Wall: Thirty Years Later’

The Evelyn Lincoln Institute for Ethics and Society at Mercyhurst University hosts a panel discussion on the history and impact of the Berlin Wall from the individual, social, cultural, political, and national security perspectives. Two of the panelists were in Berlin in the late 1980s and will reflect on those experiences. Discussion will go from the fall of the Berlin Wall to contemporary concerns about walls and national borders. The event is free and open to the public; no tickets are required.
